Malig Lending Privacy Agreement

When you use Malig Lending's services, we may collect the following types of personal information:

• Provide you with loan and repayment services.

• Ensure the security of the application and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Send you marketing and promotional information, you can choose not to receive it at any time.

• Delete Account:If you want to delete your account, click the Delete Account button in the Personal Center of the App or contact our customer service team to delete your account. However, please remember that this operation is irreversible and cannot be restored after deletion. Please proceed with caution.
• Withdraw Consent:If you do not want us to continue to collect or use certain information about you, you can withdraw your consent.

Please note that in certain circumstances we may need to retain certain information to comply with legal or contractual requirements.

We may update this Privacy Agreement from time to time. We will inform you of any important changes by posting an update notice within the App or by notifying you directly. It is recommended that you check this page regularly to see if there are any updates to our Privacy Policy.
